Not the first time I have shown up and been refused service. Previously No One was On Site after Internet Published Opening Time (Times on Door are ALWAYS WRONG). Another was when stylist said she couldn't let customers in until a second stylist showed up in a few hours. Today it was computer problems, come back later. What do computer problems have to do with not giving a haircut to a CASH paying customer. Rating Zero Stars, but system requires at least One Star.

Used online app. Arrived checked in. Next on list. Skipped for another customer lower on list because they had been in store. If you don’t want to allow pre check in go back to in store only. My last visit to this location

Caitlin left and i tried a different stylist. horrible haircut and horrible service .......... I see caitlin went to Gurnee so i guess that’s where my dad and i will be going now. 0 stars if i could.
